How do I know where my cargo is?

Every vehicle carries GPS. Call dispatch and they will tell you the location straight away. The dispatch desk works at night too.

Do you handle customs yourselves?

Yes, we have our own customs department. There is no need to find a separate broker — you give us the documents and we handle everything from declaration to duty calculation.

Is the cargo insured?

On international runs CMR insurance is standard and included in the price. On domestic runs cover is optional and priced against the value of the goods.

How is the freight rate calculated?

By route, weight and volume, vehicle type and urgency. We quote within a few hours — send the cargo description and the addresses.

What is the shortest delivery time?

Same day within Baku. Next day to the districts. Turkey takes four to six days, Georgia two to three — subject to queues at the border.
